Marmalade did not want to be in the picture, but investigate what my dad was doing. He likes playing in the snow.

The White Birch Tree is sagging from the weight of the snow.

My dad did snow-blow the driveway, but it is hardly noticeable.
So this is what does 73 continuous hours of snow looks like. Remember, it was bear ground when it started. An official snow observer in Syracuse measured 58 in. The airport has down 44 in. I say we have had somewhere over 55 inches at our
house from Sunday through 4pm Thursday when my dad took the pictures.
For all of you that do not know what snow is, this is a typical good snow for Syracuse that we get about once a year.
They are saying another storm comes in Sunday through Tuesday that may turn into a Nor-Easter. They are watching because it could mean several more inches of snow that would then on the back side of the storm again turn on the lake effect and could nail us again after the storm. We can only hope!

lol got to love lake effect! I can see Melody in the first picture. I do have to say Syracuse got a LOT more then I did. but it will come, I've seen that much before. :D
so andrew, is the snow we are getting in TN right now somewhat decent according to your standards? :-)
Katie: Its Marmalade in the picture, not Melody.
Jessica: no
